Biography Professor Timmy H. Tseng, holding his doctorate in Business Administration, is currently a faculty member in the Department of Business Administration at Fu Jen Catholic University where students like to call him Professor Cute. His teaching interests include social media marketing, e-commerce & internet marketing, marketing management, and experiential marketing. His current research interests include experiential marketing, e-marketing, social media marketing, and mobile marketing. His work has been published in Information & Management, Computers in Human Behavior, European Journal of Marketing, Internet Research, Journal of Product and Brand Management, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Marketing Intelligence & Planning, Telematics & Informatics, and other journals.
